1. Delivery Timeline

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we process orders within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Rates

Every order is calculated based on weight and destination. You can view the final shipping cost at the checkout page before making a payment:

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate for all island-wide deliveries.
• Express Shipping: Available for selected areas for faster delivery.
• Free Shipping: Valid on orders above a certain value (as mentioned in promotional banners).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our delivery partner's website.

4. Delivery Conditions

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure the following for a smooth delivery:

• Address: Provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a landmark.
• Contact: Ensure your contact number is reachable during delivery hours.
• Inspection: Please inspect the package for any signs of damage before accepting it.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the country. We are working hard to bring Capi Clothing to our international customers soon.
