Returns & Exchange Policy

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that items showing signs of pilling, markings, stains, or strong odors (such as smoke or detergent) will not be accepted. Due to hygiene purposes, bodysuits, undergarments, socks, and accessories (including jewelry, caps, slides, bags, and bottles) are strictly non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
